This is a training program in spiritual direction born out of the conviction that as Franciscans, we have something unique to offer others through a particular Franciscan approach to spiritual direction.  This 12-week residential program is designed for Spiritual Directors, Franciscan Formators, Secular Franciscan Spiritual Assistants, Community Leaders, Retreat Team Members and for individuals to enliven one's own Franciscan spirit during a time of sabbatical.

The program will be held at Saint Francis Retreat House in Easton, Pennsylvania.  St. Francis is located in the foothills of the Pocono Mountains, just 70 miles from NYC and Philadelphia.  The team directing the program will consist of a Franciscan Friar and a Franciscan Sisters.  It will be offered in the summer of 2009, from June 6th through August 30th.
